The Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court

We cannot stop that which the Lord God Creator has set in motion from on High. We cannot draw petitions to gather the faithful to shout STOP LORD, WE’RE HAPPY HERE, PLEASE DON’T COME! We cannot pray that the Almighty stop the prophecies from fulfilling. What our Creator saw before the foundations of the Earth WILL come to be so that all that is Truth can be glorified in Him. He told us in advance what He saw. For Him to change it now would mean He lied to us about what He saw of our tomorrow. As children of the Lord Creator we are those that would rather shout, MARANATHA! COME LORD JESUS!

Still, there are those that look for ways to prevent that which is written. There are those that would seek to stay the inevitable Truth. There are those that would pray, that which  the Lord said shall be, will NOT. I say pray for them. For theirs is a faith that will see great trials in the days just ahead! A faith that has no trust in their Creator. A faith that has not overcome. A faith that will have to endure the hour of temptation. Pray that they receive a faith that understands the Lord did in fact allow them to be born in these last days, and being here, He has also blessed them all they need to endure, if they just TRUST in Him. For it is a sure thing that is written, “Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.”-Revelation 3:10 Are you one that will be tempted? Or are you one of His that will be spared?

Understand Christian! Understand and believe!   “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.” -1 Corinthians 10:13 We must all come to the realization that we worship a mighty and loving Father! We must all realize that He will NOT allow us to be tempted, or even tortured in ways that would cause us to fall! If the trial suggested by Satan is too great for us, Our Father which art in Heaven WILL NOT ALLOW IT!! Read of Job, and how he faired in his trials, and be ready for what is about to come upon you, your loved ones, and yes, even your enemies. And remember. Ours is a Father in Heaven that knows His children. Our Father knows your weak and strong points. HOWEVER, if you don’t trust Him, the most trivial temptation will become your greatest fall. For the enemy desires to mock the Lord with your life!

Romans 10:17, “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”

Get in your Bibles! Be prepared. LEARN how to handle all that is coming. And you shall surely be ye overcomers!

Revelation 3:20-21, “Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

Mr. PAUL (for himself, Mr. GOODE, Mr. JONES of North Carolina, Mr. BARTLETT of Maryland, and Mr. DUNCAN) submitted the following concurrent resolution; which was referred to the Committee on International Relations.

CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

Whereas the International Criminal Court Treaty would establish the International Criminal Court as an international authority with power to threaten the ability of the United States to engage in military action to provide for its national defense;

Whereas former President Clinton’s designee signed the International Criminal Court Treaty on December 31, 2000;

Whereas the term ‘crimes of aggression’, as used in the treaty, is not specifically defined and therefore would, by design and effect, require the United States to receive prior United Nations Security Council approval and International Criminal Court confirmation before engaging in military action, thereby putting United States military officers in jeopardy of an International Criminal Court prosecution;

Whereas the International Criminal Court Treaty creates the possibility that United States civilians, like United States military personnel, could be brought before a court that bypasses the United States Government;

Whereas the people of the United States are self-governing, and they have a constitutional right to be tried in accordance with the laws that their elected representatives enact and to be judged by their peers and no others;

Whereas the treaty would subject United States individuals who appear before the International Criminal Court to trial and punishment without the rights and protections that the United States Constitution guarantees, including trial by a jury of one’s peers, protection from double jeopardy, the right to know the evidence brought against one, the right to confront one’s accusers, and the right to a speedy trial;

Whereas the Supreme Court stated in Missouri v. Holland, 252 U.S. 416, 433 (1920), Reid v. Covert, 354 U.S. 1 (1957), and DeGeofrey v. Riggs, 133 U.S. 258, 267 (1890) that the United States Government may not enter into a treaty that contravenes prohibitory words in the United States Constitution because the treaty power does not authorize what the Constitution forbids;

Whereas the 1969 Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties provides that a party is not bound to a treaty unless it has consented to be bound;

Whereas the International Criminal Court Treaty breaks substantially with accepted norms of international law because it extends its jurisdiction even to the nationals of countries that do not sign and ratify the treaty;

Whereas the International Criminal Court would be empowered unilaterally to investigate, try, and punish certain crimes, contrary to the current international norm of affording countries the primary responsibility for punishing these crimes;

Whereas approval of the International Criminal Court Treaty is in fundamental conflict with the constitutional oaths of the President and Senators, because the United States Constitution clearly provides that `[a]ll legislative powers shall be vested in a Congress of the United States’, and vested powers cannot be transferred;

Whereas each of the 4 types of offenses over which the International Criminal Court may obtain jurisdiction is within the legislative and judicial authority of the United States;

Whereas the International Criminal Court Treaty creates a supranational court that would exercise the judicial power constitutionally reserved only to the United States and thus is in direct violation of the United States Constitution;

Whereas in order to make a treaty, the United States Constitution requires the President to obtain the advice and consent of the Senate and the concurrence of the Senate by a 2/3 vote; and

Whereas former President Clinton signed the International Criminal Court Treaty but expressed his intention not to submit the treaty to the Senate, thereby rendering his act procedurally inadequate and unconstitutional: Now, therefore, be it

          Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That
it is the sense of Congress that–

(1) the International Criminal Court Treaty, also referred to as the Rome Statuteof the International Criminal Court, undermines United States sovereignty and security, conflicts with the United States Constitution, contradicts customs of international law, and violates the inalienable rights of self-government, individual liberty, and popular sovereignty; and

(2) President George W. Bush should declare to all nations that the United States does not intend to assent to or ratify the treaty and the signature of former President Clinton to the treaty should not be construed otherwise.

Numerous points fly out immediately regarding the above article of resolution. It is actually alarming to think that such things are indeed occurring in today’s world, but when contemplating the Word of God, we understand this IS to occur exactly as we see it. And thanks to a man that WAS impeached, yet refused to leave office, a President who has had more scandals than most mob bosses, a President who has admitted being schooled by the Jesuits of Rome, we are now understanding why MANY students of prophecy look to William Jefferson Clinton as the most evil president in the history of the United States. With the help of his friends in Rome we see that yes, the “lamb horned beast” of Revelation is indeed helping the Vatican beast to do that which prophecy declares will happen IN YOUR LIFETIME!

Besides the obvious points that place American citizens and their military at a serious disadvantage due to the stipulations put forth by the most evil President to date. Here are a few key points I believe will interest you. And, keep in mind, those that HOPE and PRAY prophecy of a Mighty Creator can be curtailed, are the very ones who are declaring this. So pray for them, they need to realize that this WILL come to be one way or another…

Whereas former President Clinton’s designee signed the International Criminal Court Treaty on December 31, 2000;

This HAD to occur, and so it HAS occurred. Either way, I am not surprised Clinton did this just 20 DAYS before leaving office. Had he done it sooner, he would have been under yet ANOTHER scandal with “high treason” within its description. So, instead, he does this dirty deed that places a significant ace up the sleeve of the Vatican, and his spin doctors work their fingers to the bone so as to cloud the issue with seemingly “more important” blunders such as PARDONS? We have been sold out, and all that the media is concerned with is, should Mark Rich and a few of his buddies go back to jail? They are purposely placing this ROMAN HIGH COURT on the proverbial back burner for a reason!

Whereas the International Criminal Court Treaty creates the possibility that United States civilians, like United States military personnel, could be brought before a court that bypasses the United States Government;

I wonder, how many “dreamer’s of dreams” have seen themselves standing before this tribunal in ROME in the not so distant future? That’s the plan folks, and that’s the court the Lord is speaking of when He says in, Luke 12:11-12, “And when they bring you unto the synagogues, and unto magistrates, and powers, take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer, or what ye shall say: For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say.” By the way, there is another reason as to why you will not need to “prepare” your defense in advance as you will soon see. The Lord once again prophesied with 100% uncanny accuracy.

Whereas the treaty would subject United States individuals who appear before the International Criminal Court to trial and punishment without the rights and protections that the United States Constitution guarantees, including trial by a jury of one’s peers, protection from double jeopardy, the right to know the evidence brought against one, the right to confront one’s accusers, and the right to a speedy trial;

Forget about this one folks. The ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT will have it’s own constitution as well as it’s own agenda. Our own peers will now be “global peers.” Think about this as well. You will NOT have the ability to do what is called in legal terms, “a discovery.” Which actually entails you and your lawyer going over the evidence they have against you BEFORE trial. Remember I said you will not be given a chance to prepare? Rest assured, you will NOT be given that opportunity. But, not to worry, the Lord has already taken that into consideration…

Luke 12:11-12, “And when they bring you unto the synagogues, and unto magistrates, and powers, take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer, or what ye shall say: For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say.”

Is that awesome or what? This prophecy is so accurate it gives me goose bumps! And by the way, you do realize what it means to the right to a speedy trial, right? This Roman Court System does NOT have to speedily bring you to trial. They can keep you in jail as long as they feel they can “drum up” more evidence against you.

Whereas the International Criminal Court would be empowered unilaterally to investigate, try, and punish certain crimes, contrary to the current international norm of affording countries the primary responsibility for punishing these crimes;

“Certain crimes?” Where have we heard this terminology before? Notice this article I posted  in July of 1998…

NATIONAL ISSUE: One Court For All The World?

A United Nations meeting in Rome is wrapping up five weeks of work on a proposed international criminal court. The new court would have worldwide jurisdiction and could investigate, indict, hold, try, and punish, those who committed certain crimes. The proposed international court would subject Americans to a new world authority… “Were talking about creating here something that exercises genuine power, real put-people-in-jail power, but that is responsible to no one but itself.” said Lee Casey, a constituational lawyer with the Washington firm of Hunton & Williams. [Investment Business Daily, Thursday July 16, 1998 Los Angeles, California]

Keep in mind I shared this article with everyone 2 years ago. And yes, I was considered an extremist for “hinting” that a one world court was on the horizon that would be able to do as we see they are now doing. I certainly hope some eyes are opening now, for there is not a lot of time left.

Fact here is this. Clinton committed an act of war without Congressional approval as well did he not? Do they really think anyone is going to care about those that are arrested for “certain crimes” when they let a President get away with so much? The United Religions Organization

The Interfaith Summit Conference held in June 1996 was for the purpose of “uniting the world’s religions into a global organization.” The United Religions Organization will be an international, inter-religious organization modeled after and affiliated with the United Nations. As a U.N. liaison, the U.R. will “cooperate closely with the U.N. and its organizations to complement the U.N.’s political, diplomatic and social mandates, influence U.N. policy and support its programs.” It is scheduled to open its official headquarters at the “world class” Presidio in San Francisco in June, 2000. (1) At the Interfaith Conference, Anglican Bishop William E. Swing issued the challenge for a new global civilization:

“We stand on the threshold of a new world orderthat may be defined either by an increasing polarization that fuels a spiral of escalating conflict and violence, or by growing global cooperation that calls the human race to work across national, ethnic and religiousboundaries to serve a larger global good.” (2)

The Interfaith Summit proposal announced the agenda of a second State of the World Forum to be held in October under the leadership of former President of the Soviet Union, Mikhail Gorbachev.

“The second State of the World Forum will have a strong focus on the spiritual and ethical dimensions of life. Specifically, it will pursue the development of ‘a common code of religious ethics…to allow for increased cooperation between religious institutions during this critical historical transition.’”

Perhaps a giant leap of faith will be required of mankind to fully appreciate the former Communist dictator’s reverence for the spiritual and ethical dimensions of life. Anticipating this development, British publisher Christopher Story and his associates have conducted research into the activities and funding of the Gorbachev Foundation, which is also headquartered on U.S. government public land at the San Francisco Presidio.

“The Gorbachev Foundation describes itself as working ‘toward a new civilization,’ Story said. It is starting a ‘united religions organization’ to be like a United Nations of religion, complete with a secretary-general, to be based at the Presidio. The goal is to ‘sanitize’ world religions and combine them with an appreciation of ‘Mother Earth’ for environmental purposes… The Foundation’s philosophy is based on a game plan developed by a prominent Leninist for altering a country’s values, noting that Mr. Gorbachev has said that Mrs. Gorbachev has been a student of this particular Leninist all her adult life.” (3)

Sanitizing the Bible, Mr. Gorbachev interpreted John 1:1, “In the beginning was the word,’ as ‘the word that would generalize and summarize the powerful achievements of the intellectual forces…This word should be spoken out.” (4)

And so, from the predeterminate counsels of the learned has come forth the volume of World Scripture, a composite of the major tenets of all faiths. (5) It is a model of Rev. Moon’s “Godism,” which embraces the truths of all religions as being equally valid. From this mélange of beliefs, “Ten Principles of World Religion” have been approved as universal ideals. In the ‘new world order,’ these will provide a practical alternative for humanity (except fundamental Christians) to the narrow dogmatism of the Ten Commandments.

Concurrent with these global initiatives, another purveyor of Marxist doctrine and liberation theology, the World Council of Churches is calling for a Universal Christian Council in the year 2000. The ecumenical WCC has issued a clarion call for “the main Christian traditions to start talks to settle outstanding differences, including the role of the papacy.” Protestant churches across Europe are being pressured to “put aside their remaining national and confessional differences.” According to the WCC general secretary, Konrad Raiser, Europe is rapidly moving towards a situation “where the traditional distinctions between different Protestant churches become irrelevant.” (6)

Pope John Paul II has also prophesied that there will be a unity of faith and that all religions will worship together by A.D. 2000. (7) The May 31, 1995 edition of the San Francisco Chronicle reported:

“Pope John Paul II said yesterday that he is willing to seek agreement with other Christian denominations on the future role of the papacy. The pope made his offer in a 115-page encyclical, ‘That They All May Be One,’ which is dedicated to the search for unity among Christian churches that split from each other during the past thousand years… The pope made clear he would not accept a symbolic papacy without teeth and that Rome would have to hold the primary place among Christians. He also said a pope should have the authority to make infallible declarations regarding the basic tenets of faith.” (8)

Given the ramifications of a global religious system modeled after the United Nations, which would be under the control of the Papacy, and references by its proponents to a “new world order,” it seems unthinkable that proposals for religious unity would also be arising from official quarters inside the evangelical community.

A “few” dangerous statements made in the above article are these…

It’s getting to sound more and more like the one world church will be CATHOLIC eh? If it was REALLY a Christian church, would it not separate that which is Caesar’s with that which is of the Creator as Jesus declared should be done in Matthew 22:21? Fact is, this “church & state” conglomerate has always been the main identifying feature of the Roman Catholic church as well as the Beast of Revelation. It just appears more TEETH are being implanted into its jaws of death.

New world order? To serve a larger global good? This my friends is the deep running theme of Satan since day one. They used this theological rhetoric back in the day of our Lord Jesus when they declared, “…it is expedient for us, that one man should die for the people, and that the whole nation perish not.” -John 11:50. The day is soon in arriving when those of us that will NOT adhere to the “mandate of Rome” or as the Bible calls it, the MARK OF THE BEAST will be tagged as worthy of imprisonment, and then death. They will arrive at the same Satanic suggestion that is it OUR fault that the wrath of the Almighty is upon them. (Plagues) They will see it as expedient that we should be put to death rather than the whole Earth perish. Read the book of Esther. Biblical fact is this. We will be saved from their desires. And they will suffer that which they have designed for us. Our Creator is an awesome Lord. He has already said it. After the plagues begin, we will NOT see death. For we serve the God of the living. Our walk through the plagues will prove that, just as His children repelled the plagues of Pharaoh by the blood of the lamb, so shall we be spared the plagues of Revelation by the blood of the Lamb Jesus.

Common code of religious ethics? I wonder, who’s going to draft this “code of ethics?” Who do you suppose will declare HOW we must worship? Truth is folks, he is already the leader of the UR right now. I’ll give you 666 guesses. Mother Earth? Yet another Pagan/Catholic term proving their alliance with Babylon as well as their worship of the Sun, Moon, Earth, and Stars. One think strikes rather odd though. Won’t the Catholic church’s “mother of god” going to get jealous of “mother earth?” Doubt it, they always seem to be able to “re-write” their doctrines almost as fast as they re-write their Bibles.

An Atheist RE-Writing the Bible? Specifically the passage that speaks of Jesus Christ as the Word? And all the religious men of the world allow it and accept it? Is it any wonder? “But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.”-1 Corinthians 2:14 The Bible tells us who the “Word” of God is does it not. But Mr. Gorbachev has a better definition now doesn’t he? One that will allow for ALL peoples to be happy in their sin gorged pews. Instead of the Biblical fact that the Word is Jesus Christ…

Acts 10:36 The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all)
1 John 5:7, “For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.” However, Mr. Gorbachev declares the Word is now, “the powerful achievements of the intellectual forces” And most of the men of God on earth have no problem with that?

World Scripture? Makes sense. It IS a “world” church is it not? First we have WORLD SCRIPTURE. Next? WORLD DOCTRINES. Next? The TEN COMMANDMENTS of the UR perhaps? And how will they be written? Did you know the word “Catholic” is defined “Universal?” And did you also notice they plan on making those differences within the “so called” Protestant churches irrelevant? It’s not saying that? I mis-read it? Are you sure? For it is also stating in the very same article…

There you have it. The TEETH are visible again folks. And he is demanding that the Roman Catholic Church be the PRIMARY PLACEamong Christians the world over! And notice if you will the pope’s “infallible declarations regarding the basic tenets of faith” That means, if your faith is in direct opposition with Roman doctrine, you are in a heap of trouble!. The INFALLIBLE POPE will have the global authority to enact declarations and make laws that place your actions in the very area defined as “certain crimes” in already binding laws of the land, and seeing how the Roman Court has NO ONE above them (on Earth that is) they will do with you all that they wish. Remember these articles…?

The rector of the Catholic Institute of Paris, H.M.A. Baudrillart, revealed the attitude of the church and her leaders toward persecution. “When confronted with heresy,” he said, “she does not content herself with persuasion, arguments of an intellectual and moral order appear to her insufficient, and she has recourse to force, to corporal punishment, to torture.” The Catholic Church, The Renaissance, and Protestantism, pp. 182-183

THE HOLY FATHER LAYS DOWN THE DOCTRINAL LAW!
Whoever “obstinately” denies these truths, the doctrinal commentary says, falls under the censure of heresy. [Our Sunday Visitor, Analysis, July 19, 1998]

The archbishop of St. Louis said: “Heresy and unbelief are crimes; and in Christian countries, as in Italy and Spain, for instance, where all people are Catholics, and where the catholic religion is an essential part of the law of the land, they are punished as crimes.” … “Every cardinal, archbishop, and bishop in the Catholic Church takes an oath of allegiance to the pope, in which occur the following words” “Heretic, schismatics, and rebels to our said lord (the pope), or his aforesaid successors, I will to my utmost persecute and oppose.” [Josiah Strong, "Our Country," ch. 5, pars 2-4.]

Didn’t think this would happen in your lifetime? Had no clue as to HOW the Mark of the Beast was going to be able to be administered globally? With this “New World Order” of the one world church, one world court, as well as one world government, ALL being directed and handled via the Roman Catholic Vatican, can you NOW see the prophecy concerning the GLOBAL ability of the Beast to enforce his mark upon every man woman and child coming to light?
