CHURCHES AGREE THAT POPE HAS OVERALL AUTHORITY

THE Pope was recognised as the overall authority in the Christian world by an Anglican and Roman Catholic commission yesterday which described him as a “gift to be received by all the Churches”. …if a new united Christian Church was created it would be the ‘Bishop of Rome who would exercise a universal primacy. The 43-page document, The Gift of Authority, has been produced by the 18-member Anglican-Roman Catholic International Commission, after five years of debate. The commission concluded that the Bishop of Rome had a “specific ministry concerning the discernment of truth” and accepted that only the Pope had the moral authority to unite the various Christian denominations. Mark Birchall, a member of the Church of England Evangelical council, said: “It speaks as if the Bishop of Rome has always been on the side of the angels while it is well known that for several centuries past the Bishop of Rome was certainly not.” The Rt Rev Cormac Murphy-O’Connor, Bishop of Arundel and Brighton and the other co-chairman, added: “The primacy of the Pope is a gift to be shared.”

INTER-RELIGIOUS MEETING TO PROMOTE WORLD PEACE
Vatican update from Catholic World News May 20, 1999 Domus Ent.

VATICAN (CWNews.com) — “Everyone must work together to build up the peace,” said Cardinal Francis Arinze, as he announced that a major inter- religious assembly will be held at the Vatican in October. Cardinal Arinze, the president of the Pontifical Council for Inter-Religious Dialogue, told a Vatican Radio audience that about 200 people will be invited to take part in the assembly, which will be scheduled for October 24- 29. The participants will include Christians, Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, and representatives of other faiths. The goal of the assembly will be the preparation of a common declaration in favor of world peace. The participants will make a pilgrimage to Assisi on October 27, and share a day of prayer– each following the traditions of his own faith– on October 28. Pope John Paul II will preside at the formal closing of the assembly on October 29

I don’t know about you. But this bold proclamation reeks of prophetic fulfilment. Here’s the proof! Acts 24:14 says… “But this I confess unto thee, that after the way which they call heresy, so worship I the God of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the law and in the prophets:” Paul saw them stating that “the way” he was chosen by God to follow is now being called “heresy.” The Pope is stating the exact same thing as Paul’s accusers! He proclaims that if you deny Catholic doctrine you are a HERETIC! Yet UnBiblical Catholic doctrines are exactly what the Bible refers to as heresy. So, in a nutshell, if you decide to embrace the truths of Scripture instead of the doctrines of Catholicism you are a heretic! Sound CoNfUsInG? It gets worse!

It appears so, yes. Note that the tabling will be done in 1999 for this law. Is it hitting close to home though? Are there laws such as this in the USA? Are there laws that "hint" at priming the people into getting used to KEEPING the Popes unBiblical SUNday Sabbath holy? I am sure most of us recall what the FIRST Roman Catholic President John F. Kennedy did in 1962 right? He REMOVED prayer from schools and he created the "Blue Laws" that force all government agencies to KEEP SUNday holy! But that's just the "hint" that the people of this free land needed to ready them for today. Is there a more bolder "nudge" for us Americans to get used to the idea that SUNday keeping will be ENFORCED soon? Notice this LAW NOW ON THE BOOKS!

So... we have the Pope as the LEADER of the ONE WORLD CHURCH. He now has the power to ENFORCE his laws of Catholicism as LAWS OF THE LAND simply because he also has the ONE WORLD COURT SYSTEM in his Vatican resting place. And once his laws are passed he can assure their enforcement. And they are already being passed! What do I see here? I see a man that has the power to control the WHOLE WORLD. Yet, I wonder... do you think he will go after another aspect of power? Do you think maybe a GLOBAL economy would benefit his agenda as well? I mean it makes sense, right? I am not talking just any global economy here. I am saying he will no doubt seek one that "must be 100% global and must include everyone."

Bishop Diarmuid Martin States that Reduction of Debt is Not Enough

MILAN, MAY 5 (ZENIT).- "It is an important step forward, but this measure alone is not enough." This is the authoritative view of Bishop Diarmuid Martin, secretary of the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace, who represented the Holy See at the recent meeting of the International Monetary Fund in Washington, where a reduction of the foreign debt of poor countries was approved. In an interview with the daily 'Avvenire,' Bishop Martin explained the novelty of this decision: "It is a real macroeconomic revolution. Up until five years ago, the world financial institutions were very far from thinking about debt reduction as an important economic factor. In order not to remain lame, it must also extend to the globalization of social goods: "The global economy must be 100% global and must include everyone. The Vatican states... "The global economy must be 100% global and must include everyone." It also states "it is imperative to have coherence among economic, political and social policies" The Beast is doing E X A C T L Y as Scripture declares!

Revelation 13:17, "And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name."

The entire world MUST be sowed up economically, politically, as well as socially for the Beast's plan to work! And TRUST the prophecy of a God! IT WILL BE THIS WAY! For the prophecy of the Creator is not that of a dime store Psychic! The Almighty is a God of 100% accuracy. 100%!

Not too long ago the Pope and the Roman Catholic Church was not one to be contended with. It was weak, and useless. Why? Because prophecy stated it would be wounded to its death. But the prophecy also stated it WOULD be healed as well...

Revelation 13:3, "And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast."

Yes! Exactly as prophecy depicts! The Beast recieved the mortal wound in 1798 when Napoleon ended the Roman Catholic Church and all its murderous acts, and the Pope died in exile. (Encyclopedia Britannica 1941 edition) Then just as prophecy said, the beast came back to life in 1929 when The San Francisco Chronicle, on February 12, 1929: reported... "Mussolini and Gasparri Sign Historic Roman Pact...HEAL WOUND of many years..." The newspaper prophetically uses the words "HEAL WOUND" just as Revelation proclaimed! And now we see that indeed ALL THE WORLD WONDERED AFTER THE BEAST! ALL the world is looking upon the Pope in the Vatican as the OVERALL AUTHORITY for all the churches! They look upon him as the one who would "?justly?" enact his laws within the walls of his one world court as well! They look upon this Vatican as one that has been sustained for 2000 years regardless of the fact that it didn't truly begin until 538AD, (History of the Christian Church, Vol. 3, p. 327) and Napoleon knocked it out of political existance in 1798, and they also ignore the simple Biblical fact that the TRUE Church of Jesus Christ is 6000 years old!

One more article just came to me by way of a friend that I believe "connects" with these. Ask yourself one more question. Since the Pope has the one world church, the one world court, and now he is looking to grab the economic, social, political aspects as well, won't he need to convince all the major corporations of the world as well? Won't he have to take part in a meeting of ALL the movers and shakers on planet earth in order to effectively enact his "new world order?" Is such a meeting a possiblity? Well, as of a few days ago on June 3rd, and until June 6th just such a meeting IS taking place!

Besides the obvious "heads of state" from all over the World that will attend this GLOBAL MEETING, here's just a few that I found on the list to be a bit "strange." What are these guys doing in a global meeting such as this? Is Clinton and the Pope there to assure their global desires are understood by ALL people of the world? Indeed! LOOK at the names on this "partial" list. Look at some of the companies that will be present here. It appears our daily lives are about to be discussued eh? It also appears our every day lives are about to be altered in a way that can only confirm that "The Mark of the Beast" is about to be enforced! Why else would all these companies be present? Think about it. The Bible says you will NOT be able to "buy or sell" without the mark of the Beast. Now think about all these companies being in agreement with the Pope. Now think about the Pope insisting that anyone that does not agree with his "doctrines" will be prevented from "buying or selling" anything from these affiliated companies. And then realize that the power to enforce his desires are found in the ONE WORLD COURT in ROME. And also keep in mind that "he thinks" he has no one to answer for but himself!
