And I am going to back up that statement (which is a pretty strong statement) with a statement from Ralph Nader’s group in January of 1993. Just about a year and a half ago, January 13th, he put out a news release based on a 3 year study on the causes of death in American hospitals. It was a 1500 page report, a 3 year study, I’m not going to waste your time or mine by going over the whole thing word for word, but the bottom line says a lot. And here it is, quote, this is from Ralph Nader now, (he’s a consumer advocate for those of you who don’t know him, he watches out for us), “300,000 Americans are killed each year in hospitals alone as a result of medical negligence.” He didn’t say they slipped away quietly, out of neglect in the corner somewhere, while they were waiting for an xray. He used the word ‘kill’. And when you use the word ‘killed’, that means there was a procedure the doctor was doing that went wrong somehow. That means that gave them a wrong prescription, they put a decimal point in the wrong spot and gave them an incorrect dosage.
These people were killed, 300,000. To appreciate how big a figure that is, you have to compare that to our military losses in Viet Nam over 10 years, where we lost 56,000 people over 10 years, or an average of only 5,600 per year. On a field of battle where people had guns and artillery and explosives trying to kill each other, and millions of people poured out into the street in protest of that war. We had political anarchy in the last 3 years of the war. Students took over universities and colleges with guns and explosives. National Guardsmen shot students at Kent State in Ohio. We chased a President out of the presidency. For 5,600 military personnel a year. And here is one profession that takes your tax money, in the form of Medicare and Medicaid, and kills 300,000 of us a year, according to Ralph Nader, (and I believe him, he has no axe to grind). And you can go out in the street any day of the year and there isn’t even a crazy street preacher out there with a sign that says “Protect us from doctors”…..

Hulda Clark’s method of curing cancer by avoidance of toxins, parasites and cleaning the body is explained in this article.

The story of Dr. Hulda Regehr Clark is similar to that of Rene Caisse (see NR Vol. 8/3, ‘Ojibwa Herbal Tea’). Both are Canadian, both discovered natural cures for cancer, and both have been persecuted by government, the conventional medical community and the big drug companies. Dr. Clark Ph.D.,N.D., is an independent research scientist specialised in biology, biophysics and cell physiology.
In 1979 she left government research to begin private consulting full-time and in 1985 discovered a radio electronic technique for scanning the human body, the Syncrometer, which tests for viruses, bacteria, fungi, parasites, solvents and toxins. This gave her clues to the cause of cancer, HIV and other diseases. She now operates a research facility in Tijuana, Mexico, and her health books are best sellers—in the top 3% of books sold on amazon.com.
Like Rene Caisse, Dr Clark wants to help as many sick people as possible and has chosen not to patent her work. She believes that the sick have been held hostage long enough by doctors and the medical industry, and seeks to de-mystify the causes of disease. In the preface to her book The Cure For All Diseases she expresses the spirit of her work: “Wouldn’t it be nice if they (doctors and their suppliers and insurers) could all go back to gardening or some other primitive and useful endeavour? Wouldn’t it be wonderful if the sick could join them?”
Only 2 Health Problems
Dr Clark’s theories are based on the simple idea that the human body heals itself if kept in good condition. No matter how many symptoms a person has she identifies only two things wrong: they have in them pollutants (toxins which make it difficult for organs to do their work) and/or parasites (protozoa, amoeba, worms that use up our food and give us their wastes). Her solution to good health is as follows:

Her strategy to return to health is:
1. Kill all parasites, bacteria, viruses and fungi,
2. Remove toxic moulds, metals and chemicals from food and body products,
3. Clear and wash away gallstones, secretions and debris already formed, that hinder healing,
4. Use herbs and special food factors to hasten healing, being careful to use only unpolluted products.
Causes Of Cancer
Dr. Clark discovered that two things are responsible for cancer: isopropyl alcohol and the human intestinal fluke parasite. She has found the fluke in every case of cancer, HIV infection, Alzheimer’s, Crohn’s disease, Kaposi’s, and endometriosis. The fluke is a flatworm which normally lives in the intestine and passes its thousands of eggs in the bowel movement. Parasites are meant to live quietly not to kill you, but when the eggs hatch inside your body and develop inside you, cancer can develop. If the eggs and other stages develop in your breast it can become breast cancer; if in the prostate it can become prostate cancer. A growth factor is needed to make them multiply and affect the cells. This growth factor cannot be made without the presence of an abnormal solvent, isopropyl alcohol. So it is necessary to kill the fluke and its stages and get rid of isopropyl alcohol.
Parasite Killing
Flatworms, roundworms, protozoa, bacteria and viruses are killed using a combination of an electronic device called a ‘zapper’ and a herbal parasite killing program. Dr. Clark has found that this can benefit almost every illness. The zapper is a hand held battery operated (9V) frequency generator that uses a positively offset square wave to electrocute parasites. Its effectiveness may be because it regenerates the white blood cells by building a positive magnetic field in the body. It is a recognised medical device, which should not however be used by people wearing pacemakers, or by pregnant women.
The herbal program kills remaining stages throughout the body, which cannot be reached by the electric current. It consists of black walnut hull tincture, wormwood capsules, and cloves taken over 3 weeks. A weekly maintenance program is then recommended to prevent re-infection from the home, pets, undercooked dairy products and undercooked meat, the latter which she believes is the main source of intestinal fluke.
Solvent Pollutants
Foods and products polluted with isopropyl alcohol include shampoo, hair spray and mousse, cold cereals, cosmetics, mouthwash, decaffeinated coffee, vitamins, minerals and supplements, bottled water (polluted with antiseptics from the bottling procedure), rubbing alcohol, white sugar, shaving supplies, carbonated beverages and store-bought fruit juice. Dr Clark recommends home-made products, unprocessed foods and a limited number of tested supplements. Once you stop using isopropyl alcohol it disappears from your body within three days. If the immune system is uncompromised the body will detoxify this; but when the body is overloaded, illness sets in.
When isopropyl alcohol is present, the intestinal fluke uses another organ as a secondary host and that organ becomes cancerous. Other solvents in the body produce other diseases. For example, benzene causes the intestinal fluke to use the thymus for its secondary host, ruins the immune system and AIDS develops. Wood alcohol invites pancreatic flukes to use the pancreas as a secondary host and diabetes develops. Dr Clark states that cancer could be completely eliminated if laws required testing for solvents in animal feeds and human foods. A significant reason for isopropyl alcohol pollution is the chemicals used by manufacturers to sterilise food-handling equipment.
Clean-ups for Healing
After cancer is stopped one can get well if the toxins that invited parasites, bacterial and viral invaders are removed. Removing toxins from the affected organs lets them heal. For example, lung lesions will not heal unless cigarette smoking, freon, asbestos, and fibreglass exposure is stopped. Carcinogens draw the cancer to the organ: nickel draws cancer to the prostate, barium draws cancer to the breast. Dr. Clark considers the most serious threats to be: freon (CFCs or refrigerant), copper from water pipes, fibreglass or asbestos, mercury from amalgam tooth fillings, lead from joints in copper plumbing, formaldehyde in foam bedding and new clothing, and nickel usually from dental metal.
Dental, diet, body and home clean-ups aim to remove parasites and pollutants at their source. The body constantly fights to remove pollutants, but if you are being ‘re-supplied’ with them, the body cannot heal.
The dental clean-up has been found crucial in shrinking tumours and restoring health. Dr. Clark advises: 1. removing all metals and large plastic fillings from the mouth, 2. removing all infected teeth and cleaning cavities.
Silver or amalgam fillings contain 48-55% mercury, 33-35% silver, and various amounts of copper, tin, zinc, and other metals that corrode and seep into the body. Mercury is continually released from mercury fillings in the form of mercury vapour and abraded particles, which can be increased 15-fold by chewing, brushing and hot liquids. Research has shown that mercury, even in small amounts, damages the brain, heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, thyroid, pituitary, and adrenal glands, blood cells, enzymes and hormones, and suppresses the body’s immune system.
At the beginning of the 20th century Dr. Weston Price, head of the American Dental Association, found that root canal therapy, used to save a tooth that has become infected or dead, had serious side affects. He showed thousands of instances of disease created from devitalised teeth, from head and neck pain to rheumatism and cancer. Most patients with devitalised teeth had thyroid dysfunction. The International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology reports that because it was not what the dental establishment wanted to hear, the results were ignored. Safe treatment requires extracting the dead tooth rather than filling the root, and removing any infected tissue from around the tooth. Later the space can be filled with a bridge or partial denture.
The materials which have entered our food chain and body care products—particularly petroleum products, alcohol, asbestos, colourings, dyes, formaldehyde and perfume—should not be there and were not there fifty years ago. The tested ingredients in 99% of perfumes are labelled as toxic hazards and not allowed in the agriculture industry. So, apart from avoidance of processed foods, Dr. Clark warns us against commercial salves, ointments, lotions, colognes, perfumes, deodorants, toothpaste, soaps, washing powders etc. and gives recipes for home-made substitutes, e.g. borax powder for cleaning.
Cleaning up the home environment to make it safe includes moving paints, varnishes, thinners, cleaners, and chemicals from the house; sealing cracks around pipes; changing your refrigerator for a non CFC one (Dr. Clark found freon concentrated in cancerous organs, where it facilitates the accumulation of other toxins); checking air conditioners for leaks; sealing or removing uncovered fibreglass; removing clothes dryers, hair dryers containing asbestos and radiators and electric heaters which give off asbestos if their paint is old, and changing copper plumbing to PVC plastic. She suggests if you have been quite ill to move house to a warm climate where you can avoid heating and cooling, and sit outside in the shade all day.
Dr David Ho and Dr Bette Korber in the US have verified that AIDS and HIV were in the human population before World War II and possibly before the 1930’s. So why did they not explode until the 1980’s? Perhaps because it is then that petroleum products, notably benzene, entered our food chain and body care products on a large scale, and weakened the human immune system to an extent that AIDS and HIV could enter.
Syncrometer testing makes it possible to know exactly which toxins cause the patient’s cancer. The Syncrometer can be used for diagnosing and monitoring progress until cured. It consists of an audio oscillator circuit which includes the body as part of the circuit. Dr Clark discovered that every living and non-living entity produced certain specific frequencies which can be heard with the audio oscillator. Every living creature broadcasts its presence like a radio station. The Syncrometer tests for parasites or pollutants in any product or body tissue, by using samples of those parasites or pollutants. Cancerous tumours grow in the body for at least three years before they are big enough to be detected by medical imaging techniques, but the Syncrometer can detect them long before that.
For detoxifying the body Dr. Clark recommends vitamins, minerals and herbs from safe sources. Apart from the parasites and dental cleanses she gives detailed instructions for liver, kidney and bowel cleanses. She recommends that the liver cleanse should not be done if the liver contains living parasites, and is best carried out after a parasite and then a kidney cleanse. The liver cleanse is reported as the single most important thing you can do for your health. Medical herbalists, naturopaths and other natural healers speak highly of her cleanses.
New 21 Day Program For Advanced Cancers
In October 1999 Dr. Clark’s 21 Day Program for Advanced Cancers was introduced for severely ill patients in cancer stages 4 and 5, including imminent death. It is described in The Cure For All Advanced Cancers. Although there are many extra problems that an advanced cancer patient faces, the causes are the same. Dr Clark identifies three tasks:
1. Kill clostridium bacteria. (Clostridium are the tumour-making bacteria, which supply the DNA, the toxic amines and also isopropyl alcohol which will eventually contribute to malignancy),
2. Kill all other parasites,
3. Remove metals, malonic acid (which comes from some common foods, tapeworm larvae and plastic teeth), and other carcinogens from the body.
Her latest book reports a remarkable 95% success rate with the 21 day program. Many cures are reported of ‘terminal’ cases. She also reports those who were not cured. Two examples follow. A man came to them who had had tumours and cancers for ten years. His thyroid had been removed and his neck was burned from extensive radiation therapy. He had external tumours on his neck, around his arm pits and a full size tumour on his sternum. Doctors gave him only weeks to live. Within four weeks on the 21 day program, the fist size tumour had shrunk to 1/10 inch. Another patient was given only days to live: her eyes were dead and she smelt extremely rotten. After two weeks on the program, she had much energy, felt good, her eyes were alive, the smell was almost gone and her blood test showed normal except for some anaemia.
Although Dr Clark does everything she can to demystify cancer and other serious illnesses, it is not simple and for self-curing it is necessary to read and study everything in detail. It is easy to miss one point which may be crucial and affect everything else. Someone with advanced cancer will need someone close to them to study the method and guide them.
The Dr. Clark Research Association
David Amrein is president of the independent Dr. Clark Research Association, which manages the business side of Dr. Clark’s work. After discovering Dr. Clark’s book The Cure For All Cancers, he started talking to her patients, visited Dr. Clark’s clinic in Tijuana, and took the Syncrometer course.
He informed me that there are now several hundred alternative therapists using the Clark therapy in Germany and Switzerland. However, while more and more cancer patients seek alternative, holistic treatment for cancer, the medical profession is trying to make self-help and simple treatments illegal. The US Government has legislated that any cancer treatment used in the US, other than the AMA sanctioned treatments of surgery, radiation and chemotherapy, will be considered ‘quackery’, and punishable as a felony. The AMA/FDA monopoly maintains that new protocols are not legitimate until many years and vast sums of money have been spent on ‘scientific’ research.
In 1993, after a complaint by an unhappy client, Dr. Clark was charged with practising medicine without a licence in Indiana. The prosecutor tried to force Dr. Clark, now 71, to accept a ludicrous plea bargain which would have included her not being able to see any more patients ever, even abroad, and withdrawal of her books. It is interesting to speculate whose interests the trial is serving. The judge and prosecutor withdrew from the case after it was discovered that the prosecutor had married the woman who investigated the case seven years before and had failed to get earlier elected prosecutors to pursue Dr. Clark. When the case was brought against Clark, the Speaker of the state legislature, one of the most important political figures in the state, came to her defence, telling how he had been treated and helped by Dr Clark and found the charges against her unwarranted.
Dr Clark’s organisation has been built from the grassroots up by her former patients, and relatives of patients. They have seen that her therapy works; many are alive today because of her. Information on the Dr. Clark Research Association can be found on the web-site www.drclark.net

BOOK REVIEW OF “THE CURE FOR ALL DISEASES”

In 1993 Dr Hulda Clark, Ph.D. wrote an amazing book “The Cure for all Cancers”. In 1995 she wrote an equally amazing book, “The Cure for all Diseases”. In both books Hulda Clark claims that all diseases are caused by a parasite plus a pollutant. She also claims that it is relatively easily to kill the parasite and remove the pollutant. Her books have case histories which evidence to the truth of her findings.
Hulda Clark attended the University of Minnesota, studying biophysics and cell physiology, and received her Doctorate degree in physiology in 1958. In 1979 she left government funded research and began private consulting on a full time basis.
She said she made an astounding discovery: That in 100% of over 100 cases of cancer there was both an intestinal parasite and propyl alcohol3 in the liver. If the people killed the intestinal parasite by a simple herbal program (`parasite cleansing’) and removed the cause of the propyl alcohol, the cancer went away.
To quote from her book “The Cure for all Cancers”;
“For many years we have all believed that cancer is different from other diseases. We believed that cancer behaves like a fire, in that you can’t stop it once it has started. Therefore, you have to cut it out or radiate it to death or chemically destroy every cancerous cell in the body since it can never become normal again. NOTHING COULD BE MORE WRONG! And we have believed that cancers of different types such as leukemia or breast cancer have different causes. Wrong again!
In this book you will see that all cancers are alike. They are all caused by a parasite. A single parasite! It is the human intestinal fluke. And if you kill this intestinal parasite, the cancer stops immediately. The tissue becomes normal again. In order to get cancer, you must have this parasite.
How can the human intestinal fluke cause cancer? This intestinal parasite typically lives in the intestine where it might do little harm, causing only colitis … or irritable bowel syndrome, or perhaps nothing at all. But if it invades a different organ, like the uterus or kidneys or liver, it does a great deal of harm. If it establishes itself in the liver, it causes cancer!
It only establishes itself in the liver in some people. These people have propyl alcohol3 in their bodies. All cancer patients (100%) have both propyl alcohol and the intestinal fluke in their livers. The solvent propyl alcohol is responsible for letting the fluke establish itself in the liver. In order to get cancer, you must have both the parasite and propyl alcohol in your body”.
After describing fluke and how it gets into the liver, Hulda Clark writes;
“Clearly you must do three things:
- Kill the parasite and all its stages.
- Stop letting propyl alcohol into your body.
- Flush out the metal and common toxins from your body so you can get well.
We have been taught to believe that every parasite is so unique that a different drug is required to kill each one. The better drugs, such as PraziquantelTM and LevamisoleTM or even FlagylTM and PiperazineTM, can each kill several worm varieties. But this is just not practical when dozens of different parasites are present. We have dozens of different parasites in us! It would be best to kill them all together even though only the intestinal fluke is causing cancer.
Look at the case histories. It is not unusual for someone to have a dozen (or more) parasites out of the 120 parasites I have samples of. ..You can assume that you, too have a dozen different parasites”. (Authors note – you are especially likely to have parasites if reading this is making you feel a little ‘queasy’). “We are heavily parasited beings! Our bodies are large enough to provide food and shelter for lots of these free loaders. If they were settled on the outside where we could see them, like lice or ticks, we would rid ourselves in a flash… But what about IN our flesh? We cannot see inside ourselves, so we mistakenly assume that nothing is there….
I have seen that eczema is due to roundworms. Seizures are caused by a single roundworm, Ascaris, getting into the brain. Schizophrenia and depression are caused by parasites in the brain. Asthma is caused by Ascaris in the lungs. Diabetes is caused by the pancreatic fluke of cattle, Eurytrema. Migraines are caused by the threadworm, Strongyloides. Acne rosacea is caused by a Leishmaina. Much human heart disease is caused by dog heartworm, Dirofilaria. And the list goes on.
Getting rid of all these parasites would be absolutely impossible using clinical medicines that can kill only one or two parasites each. Such medicines also tend to make you quite ill. FlagylTM is used for amoebas and Giardia; when the correct dosage is used, it can cause extreme nausea and vomiting. Quinine for malaria is quite toxic. Imagine taking 10 such drugs to kill a dozen of your parasites! Good news, perhaps, for the drug makers but not for you.
Yet three herbs can rid you of over 100 types of parasites! And without so much as a headache! Without nausea! Without and interference with any drug that you are already on!…, The herbs are:
- Black Walnut Hulls (from the black walnut tree)
- Wormwood (from the Artemesia shrub)
- Common Cloves (from the clove tree)
These three herbs must be used together. Black walnut hull and wormwood kill adults and developmental stages of at least 100 parasites. Cloves kill the eggs. Only if you use them together will you rid yourself of parasites. If you kill only the adults, the tiny stages and eggs will soon grow into new adults. If you kill only the eggs, the million stages already loose in your body will soon grow into adults and make more eggs. They must be used together as a single treatment.”
In the case of cancer, how does the fluke get from the intestines (where it is relatively harmless) into the liver? Hulda Clark believes that people with cancer also had propyl alcohol in their liver. Propyl alcohol is the antiseptic commonly used in cosmetics. Also, it is a pollutant in cold cereals and other products, especially those with flavourings. The eggs of the intestinal parasite hatch into small living forms called miracidia. In healthy people, the miracidia are killed by the liver. But somehow when propyl alcohol is present, the liver loses its ability to kill the hatchlings. So they stay in the body, grow up and reproduce themselves.
Hulda Clark has also suggested that, as propyl alcohol is a solvent, possibly it dissolves the eggs of the intestinal parasite, before they get a chance to move out of the body!
She goes on to describe how the three herbs should be taken, and how they work for successful parasite cleansing. She also has a program for parasite cleansing for pets, to keep them healthy and to prevent you from getting re-infected.
Parasites are anything that live in our bodies. These can be different worms, fungi, bacteria or viruses, in different areas of the body.
In “The Cure for all Diseases” Hulda Clark also gives instructions on how to build a device called a ‘zapper’ which she says can electrocute parasites, including bacterian and viruses. In a way, this technology is a revival of the technology of the great Royal Raymond Rife, who cured many diseases in the early 1900′s, until the establishment shut him down. One of the best sources of information to cure yourself of any health problem is “The Cure for All Disease” by Dr. Hulda Clark. Climaxing centuries of medical research, an “accident” re–discovery at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1990 resulted in a reliable, positive, reproducible and recently patented (U.S. #5,188,738) cure for “incurable” diseases including AIDS, cancer, gulf war syndrome, biological warfare plagues plus emerging viruses. Essentially it consists of passing microcurrents (50-100 microamps) through flowing blood, which is now proven to eliminate all infections and quickly restore damaged immune systems. Important Note:
- Drink an 8 oz. glass of distilled water 15 minutes before and immediately following each session and drink at least four additional glasses daily for flushing during “neutralization” and for one week thereafter. - When absolutely essential drugs must be ingested, do so a few minutes after electrification then wait 24 hours before next session. This lets drug residues decay to minimum levels in plasma before re–electrifying.
The patents on which Bob Beck’s blood electrification device is based indicate that microcurrents of electricity neutralize all pathogens in blood in the laboratory. When we wear the Silver Pulser or use the Magnetic Pulser, we’re attempting to neutralize pathogens while the blood and lymph are still in our bodies. With the Silver Pulser, the electrodes must be placed accurately in order for the electricity to penetrate the arteries. Some have mistaken the blue veins showing on the wrist for arteries. Arteries are pulse points and do not show like veins.
In addition, blood in the body is not in a sterile controlled laboratory and, therefore, is subject to all the conditions that affect it—physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Unless we make life changes, our cells will still be subjected to the stressors that created the disease condition.
What have we learned from our experience and your feedback using the Beck protocol? Are three or four weeks long enough? Most of you report definite improvement after three weeks. Three weeks, however, is not usually long enough to clean up the blood and lymph and strengthen the immune system to the point it will fly when the use of the units are stopped. Dr. Carla Bozajeski, a naturopathic physician with extensive experience using the Beck units, says she asks all her patients to devote at least 90 days to a therapy.
Many of us are learning we need to use the Silver Pulser, the Magnetic Pulser and sip colloidal silver for many weeks before taking a break. As well, drinking freshly ozonated water is now an ongoing lifestyle habit for us. Those who do experience dramatic results within three to four weeks have usually already made the necessary changes in their lives to regain health. In these cases, the Beck protocol has been the boost needed to overcome their problem. How can I see improvements?
Blood cell analysis using a darkfield microscope is a graphic way to see the improvement in your blood. The blood and lymph systems are two of the main components of the immune system. They are dynamic not static. That means these fluids are either getting ‘cleaner’ or ‘dirtier’ on a day–to–day basis and either strengthening or weakening our immune system. While using the Silver Pulser and/or the MAGNETIC PULSER, Darkfield analysis shows improvement in the blood. Once you stop using the units, if you are not maintaining a healthy lifestyle, the blood will again become a breeding ground for viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens. Gaining and keeping better health is a lifestyle. It takes more than a commitment of a few weeks.
Chart your progress: Another way to see the changes. List your health issues before starting the program no matter how small. After one month check your list for improvements.
Should I take food supplements while using the units?
We pass along Dr. Beck’s warning about electroporation with every Pulser. Electroporation (greater permeability of the cell walls) is created more by the Silver Pulser than the MAGNETIC PULSER. Electroporation is only in effect while using the units. The cell walls go back to normal quickly after a session. The warning is there because substances in the blood while using the units penetrate the cells more readily—having the potential to be multiplied 20 times or more. Colloidal silver and ozonated drinking water do not create electroporation.
We feel it’s important to continue to give the body the nutrients it needs. We continue to take food supplements—even herbs while using the units. We make sure the supplements we take are natural sources rather than higher potency or synthetic sources. If you have any doubt about the potential toxicity of a food supplement or herb if it is magnified, consult a knowledgeable health practitioner.
Electroporation is being researched by the pharmaceutical industry as a tool to drive drugs into the cells and make them more effective. This is the main reason for Dr. Beck’s warning.
In the hands of amateurs, most drugs—pharmaceutical or recreational—will be even more toxic if magnified. If you want to use the units while on a mild prescription drug, Bob Beck suggests in his workshop handout, to take the medication shortly after a session and then wait 24 hours before the next session to give time for the drug to be reduced in the blood. We still don’t recommend using the Beck devices if taking any prescription drugs. See a health professional for advice. It is wise to heed the warning for nicotine, caffeine, alcohol and sugar as well.
What about maintenance? After using the units for several months initially, it is probably wise to establish a maintenance schedule. Some report they use the units for four weeks every six months as maintenance, others one week every month or one or two days a week. The Pulsers are research units so experiment to discover what works best for you.
The Beck protocol is proving to be a valuable tool for many of us on our journey to better health.

This “theoretical” information is free. But before you start, you may wish to get a PCR test (count of active HIV cells in blood) and a second one several months after completion of neutralization. Some show dramatic drops, a few show negative HIV counts. However in most cases symptoms vanish or decrease dramatically regardless of test results. HIV’s role in AIDS is still controversial.
Several subjects (but not all) have shown a NEGATIVE PCR test (polymerase chain reaction; K. Mullis,) after completion indicating no more active HIV detectable in blood. But it’s normal for common HIV antibody tests to remain the same even after complete remissions, just as you will always carry specific antibodies if you’ve once had childhood diseases like measles, chicken pox, or mumps. … other virus– or pathogen– related diseases may improve or vanish with electrification and silver colloid ingestion, plus ozone water detoxification.
This very slight and mild electrification of your blood does not kill any viruses or harm normal cells. Instead, the minute currents appear to alter and inhibit the ability of the outer protein layer of the virus to attach to lymphocytes receptor sites and interrupts the reverse transcriptase process. This is thought to block the binding of the HIV virus with the host cell (Thymic–T lymphocyte; CD4 T–helper cells) so the virus is considered in effect to be neutralized, immobilized and eventually eliminated from the body. Rate of recovery is the product of current intensity multiplied by time of exposure.
(Kaali; with Lyman and Merkatz; 1994 paper.) This communication describes a safe and tested procedure for interrupting HIV reproduction. But you MUST avoid ingesting any medications or medicinal herbs, domestic or oriental, during blood treatments since blood electrification causes electroporation of cell membranes and can thus cause tremendous increase of molecular transport into cells resulting occasionally in extreme and toxic overdosing.
Allow several days to permit body to eliminate herbs, garlic, and other potentially toxic medications, vitamins, or supplements, leaving their traces in your blood at time of electrification. With AIDS, be prepared for a temporary initial DROP in T– cell count due to lysing (dissolution) of previously infected white cells by treatment–destroyed HIV and its subsequent scavenging by macrophages since tests count both healthy and infected cells. Also some patients do not test PCR negative. Practically all, however, will experience a drastic decrease in symptoms. T–cell counts (T4) may recover and continue to rise dramatically after a time since tests count both healthy and infected cells.

EXPANDED INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXPERIMENTAL/THEORETICAL BLOOD ELECTRIFICATION HYPOTHETICAL PROTOCOLS FOR EXPERIMENTAL SESSIONS
. If subject feels sluggish, faint, dizzy, headachy, nauseous, bloated or has flu–like symptoms after exposures, reduce number of pulses per session and/or shorten applications of electrification. If detoxing becomes disturbing, proceed even more slowly.
Symptoms may include fever, giddiness, dizziness, headaches, light–headed vagueness, nausea, skin rashes, eruptions, itching, boils, coughing, kidney and liver discomfort, aches, general malaise, inflammations, frequent urination and sluggishness. PREPARATION FOR USE:
Saturate cotton electrode covers before each use in a solution of sea salt (not table salt) containing a few drops of Colloidal Silver for disinfectant.
[Note: Celtic salt is not necessary for this application.] Store for reuse. Use wrist strap to hold electrodes securely over arteries. Electrodes should closely conform precisely along blood vessels [arteries], not skewing ever so slightly over to adjacent flesh. This insures better electrical conductivity paths to circulating blood and insures very low skin impedance. (~2000…).
Note:
- Rinse and blot dry electrodes and skin after each use.
- NEVER allow bare metal to touch skin as this will cause burns manifested as small red craters that heal slowly.
- Electrodes can be covered by wrapping three or four turns of 100% cotton flannel around rods and securing with thread.
ELECTRODE PLACEMENT:
Locate blood vessel paths (NOT to be confused with acupuncture, Chapman, or pressure points) on either wrist and forearm by feeling for maximum pulses. Scrub skin over chosen sites with mild soap and water or alcohol swab. Position each electrode lengthwise precisely along same branch of Radial artery.
An 7″ long, 1″ wide elastic stretch–band with two 1¼” lengths of ¾” wide Velcro® sewn to ends of opposite sides makes an excellent wrist band for holding electrodes snugly in place. Locate same artery ~2″ below elbow crease by pulse. Use a second ~9½” stretch– band for the other electrode placed ~6″ from first at upper forearm. OR place wet electrodes between ulnar and radial pulse points on opposite sides on inside of same wrist.
With electrode cable unplugged, turn switch ON and advance amplitude control to maximum. See that the red and green light emitting diodes flash alternately. This verifies that polarity is reversing ~4 times per second and that batteries are still good. When LED’s don’t light, replace the battery. Confine exactly over blood vessels. Apply drops of salt water to each electrode’s cotton cover … to combat evaporation and insure optimum current flow. [It is not necessary to use celtic salt on probe covers.]
SETTING VOLTAGE:
Now rotate amplitude control to minimum (counter–clockwise) and plug in electrode cable. Advance dial slowly until feeling a “thumping” and tingling. Turn as high as tolerable but don’t advance amplitude to where it is ever uncomfortable. Adjust voltage periodically when acclimating to comfort level after several minutes.
It is normal to feel different sensations with time. You may notice little or no sensation at full amplitude immediately, but feeling will begin building up to maximum after several minutes at which time amplitude must be decreased. Typical adapted electrode–to– electrode impedance is on the order of 2000…. Typical comfortable input (to skin) is ~3mA, and maximum tolerable input (full amplitude) is ~7mA however this “reserve” margin although harmless is unnecessary and can be uncomfortable. Current flowing through blood is much lower than this external input because of series resistances through skin, tissue and blood vessel walls, but 50 to 100 .A through blood is essential.
FREQUENCY OF USE:
Apply blood electrifier for about two hours daily for ~2 months. Use judgment here. The limiting factor is detoxification. Carefully monitor subject’s reactions (discomfort, catarrh, skin eruptions, weeping exudites, rashes, boils, carbuncles, coated tongue, etc.)
With very heavy infections, go slower so as not to overload body’s toxic disposal capability. Drinking ozone–bubbled water oxidizes wastes and speeds detoxification. With circulation–impaired diabetics, etc. you may wish to extend session times. Again, have subjects drink lots of water. Recent changes in theoretical protocol, being currently tested suggest following up the three weeks of treatments with a 24 hour per day (around the clock) continuous electrification of blood for two days to deal a knockout blow to the remaining HIV’s 1.2 day life cycle. (Alan Perelson, Mar. 16 ’96 “Science” Journal.) Remember to re–moisten electrodes regularly. If you absolutely must ingest prescription drugs, do so immediately after turning off instrument and allow 24 hours before next treatment to let chemical concentrations in blood plasma decay to lower levels.
Note: Remember, if subjects ever feel sleepy, sluggish, listless, nauseous, faint, bloated or headachy, or have flu–like reactions they may be neglecting sufficient water intake for adequately flushing toxins. We interpret this as detoxification plus endorphin release due to electrification. Let them rest and stabilize for ~45 minutes before driving if indicated. If this detoxing becomes oppressive, treat every second day. What You Do.
1) Apply salt-water moistened electrodes over Ulnar and Radial arteries on opposite insides of same wrist. A Velcro and elastic strap holds electrodes in place. You must electrify blood for two hours every day for at least three weeks. This should not interfere with other activities. As your blood circulates normally, enough will be flowing along this path in the forearm until most blood in your body is eventually treated by the 50 to 100 microampere current flowing internally. About 3 to 5 milliampere is necessary at the skin to overcome resistive losses through tissue before current reaches blood.
2) Drink 8 to 16 Oz of 3 to 5 ppm self–made Silver Colloid daily. Colloids are shown to easily control opportunistic infections. This gives you a second intact immune system. Colloids can be generated in the same water while ozonizing.
3) Apply your MAGNETIC PULSER for about 20 minutes daily by positioning and pulsing coil over lymph nodes and internal organs. Pulse each time it recharges at several second intervals. Pulses of high intensity time–varying magnetic flux generate a measurable back e.m.f. in adjacent tissue thus neutralizing any residual germinating and incubating pathogens. THE SILVER PULSER is based on the work of Robert (Bob) C. Beck, DSc. Bob Beck bases his theory on putting electricity (not frequency) into the blood. What is a zapper and what does it do
The zapper is a device invented by Dr. Clark. It kills parasites, bacteria, viruses, molds and fungi electrically. Viruses and bacteria disappear in three minutes; tapeworm stages, flukes, roundworms in five; and mites in seven. A battery-operated, positive offset with a very low voltage from 5 to 10 volts is sufficient. It kills parasites and bacteria wherever the current reaches them. But it does not reach the eyes, the appendix, the testes, the inner ear bones. The current travels along the stomach or intestinal wall, not through its content. It does not reach into the gallstones or into the living cells. The current does not pass uniformly through the body. With regular zapping, the current passes mainly through our liquids, i. e our lymphatic and vascular system, a small fraction reaches every organ and tissue of our body. Blood and lymph are the most important locations to zap.
Buying a zapper
Parasites can be killed with a very low voltage. But only if the voltage is 100% POSITIVE OFFSET and if the voltage is varied up and down repeatedly. If the varying voltage becomes NEGATIVE, even momentarily, it supports and maintains their lives. The above picture of the zapper output on an oscilloscope illustrates the varied square wave voltage which stops at 0.25 Volt and therefore does not go below the 0 volt.
What are the benefits by applying a positive offset?
If the voltage is applied in pulses, to produce a “square” wave, it will affect many parasites at once so that the rate of pulsing, called frequency is not critical. Even though these tiny animals undoubtedly have a “mortal frequency” ( a frequency that kills), this rate does not need to be known or used when a square wave of electricity, totally positive, is used.
Why did Dr. Clark pick a frequency of about 30 KHz (30,000 cycles per second) for the zapper?
When a high frequency ac voltage was applied to a human, using hand electrodes, and the current flow measured, it could be seen that the higher the frequency, the greater the current.
At about 30,000 cycles per second the current begins to decline, showing the resistance is increasing.
The application of a 30 KHz frequency at a voltage of about 5 volts, can be felt by all parts of the body. A probe from a frequency counter picks up this frequency at any location. But some locations have a much weaker signal than others. The current is evidently not uniform through the body.
Persons with an inflammation in the body can often “feel” the zapper at that location, suggesting it is a path of low resistance, too, for the 30 KHz zapper current. Inflamed areas are negatively charged regions. Negative charges would be pulled toward the positive electrode of the zapper in 30,000 little jerks per second.
Therefore a frequency of about 30 KHz (30,000 cycles per second) was chosen for the zapper, since it maximizes the current with regular zapping. But other frequencies may prove to have special value as research progresses.

Side effects
There are no side effects, since the zapper is energized by a 9-volt battery. This is too small a voltage to harm you. In her book: “The Prevention of all Cancers”, Dr. Clark states that she has seen no effects on blood pressare, mental alertness, or body temperature. It has never produced pain, although it has often stopped pain instantly.
Only if you are pregnant or wearing a pacemaker, you should not zap, for these situations have not been explored yet. Children as young as eight months have been zapped with no noticeable il effects. For them, you should weigh the possible benefits against the unknown risks.

A positive electrical force that pulses up and down also energizes the white blood cells to go on an all-out attack on the enemies: parasites, toxins, bacteria, everything in spite of their five immunity blockers: benzene, PCBs, metals, dyes and asbestos. For a time the WBCs turn into Super-WBCs. That is why Dr. Clark recommends eight hours of zapping daily for the sick until they are well.

A first seven-minute zapping is followed by an intermission, lasting 20 to 30 minutes. During this time, bacteria and viruses are released from the dying parasites and start to invade you instead. Each parasite has its own bacterial and viral escapees. The second seven-minute session is intended to kill these newly released viruses and bacteria. Again, viruses are released, this time from the dying bacteria. The third session kills the last viruses released. A fourth and fifth session may be very beneficial too, to eliminate “prion protein” streaming from killed Salmonella bacteria.
Regular zapping with “duration” program
An hour of continuous zapping. Since the more the very sick persons zapped, the better they became, it may be possible to zap continually till well; that is, non-stop all day for a week or more.
Frequency zapping
Every living thing has its own frequency. Frequency zapping is frequency-DEPENDENT. Based on homeopathic principles, the pathogen’s frequency is used. In this way, this way of zapping aims for a specific frequency or frequencies.
Frequency zapping kills a range of parasites clustered around the frequency chosen and at more locations.

It is a targeted way of zapping and reaches specific organs electrically, with a significant effect. A new kind of zapping that can overcome the obstacle of grease insulation. Plate-zapping is a specific way to zap preferably one organ at a time.
For example, with the sample of liver placed in the pathway between you and your zapper, the current has an instant effect on the white blood cells of your liver. Instantly they are energized and begin to eat the PCBs, the benzene, the heavy metals, the dyes, and the malonic acid in your liver. They even eat wheel bearing grease!
Like a fairy godmother that has waved her wand, all toxins are quickly taken out of the liver tissue and imprisoned in the liver white blood cells. If they have been fed themselves they can unload all this into the urine. Then they continue to eat toxins without zapper help. Gradually, conductivity returns.
Throughout the day, the organ with a tumor should be plate-zapped in various ways: combined with arteries, combined with veins, combined with white blood cells, each for 20 minutes. These zaps are followed with zaps to clear blood, lymph and the white blood cells themselves. And the kidneys are zapped to keep them from clogging repeatedly with the heavy metals and greases they are handling. Twenty-minute zaps can be kept up for eight hours or more.
Fifteen capsules (about 5 or 6 grams) of mixed enzyme powders can digest the dead matter coming from four hours of zapping. Eight hours require two such doses. More is better.
In advanced cancer nothing less than eight hours of zapping daily can catch up and exceed the rate of spread of disease. Zap eight hours daily until you are well. There are reports from victims who zapped without stopping for a whole month; symptoms cam and went while they cleaned up their environment and suddenly the disease was gone.
