A New Beginning

We of the star systems and planets of the Andromeda Council are your family and friends.

We are here to let you know your planet Earth/Terra, and all your people who choose to embrace them, are about to go through major changes, a major stage of growth, a shift-up in vibration, called “upliftment”, a new higher consciousness and awareness, a new existence… for the first time in your planet’s history. It is evolution. It is a cleansing. It is a rebirth.

Some call it ascension, rather more accurately, it is a transformation. It is by any name – truly a new beginning.

Though the process has already begun, somewhat. Earth is about to transform in vibrational frequency from its current 3-D solid matter form existence in the 3^rd dimension… into the 4^thdimension/density reality, the vibratory rate one frequency faster than currently on Earth, as Earth’s solar system and planet Earth are about to cross into the galactic equatorial plane zone of the Milky Way galaxy.

Overall, this new area of 4^th dimensional space is a place where matter has far less density and weight, an area of much faster and higher frequency energy vibration. It is also a dimension where time will no longer have a hold on Earth humans.

From a 4^th dimension perspective, time doesn’t exist… at least not the way Earth presently experiences time.

In addition, this area of 4^th dimensional space also has a black hole with highly charged magnetic energies at its core. Earth’s solar system and planet Earth will upon entry of this zone encounter the highly charged energies of this black hole and feel its effects.

The speeding up of this solar system and its planets including Earth due to the higher, faster, vibrational frequency energy rate of this area – their upliftment into the 4^th density resulting in major geophysical events and more dramatic changes to planet Earth – all of these changes are projected to begin:

Mid-October 2011, to reach full strength by December 2012, thru March 2013 when the final rotation of the 90 degree shift of Earth’s crust happens with the present day equator moving into its new North/South orientation.

These changes are expected to continue throughout 2013, and will begin the completion of this cycle by the end of October, winding down in December 2013.

It is expected Earth will begin to settle into its new 4^th dimension vibration existence in January 2014.

Yes, planet Earth will have to go through lots of dramatic changes to get there. But these events as life changing they will be to both humans and all life on the planet… these changes are normal and necessary for this process. It is evolution.

Just like a woman’s body changes, adjusts and expands, Earth too must go through its uncomfortable adjustments, its labor pains, and the momentary intense pain of child birth. Earth too must adjust and prepare herself for this new beginning, for her new life as a 4^th density world… a far more colorful, vibrant, and beautiful 4^th dimensional world.

Once Earth is vibrating in the 4^th dimension, Earth’s remaining sentient inhabitants, including all humans, will be forever changed. They will manifest a variety of natural, multi-sensory abilities as never before experienced in Earth’s history. For all of transformed humanity – human consciousness, human life, will make a quantum leap in evolution.

Humans finally experience and learn first hand about the truth and reality of their own soul, about their true spiritual essence.

Humanity experiences a true spiritual life:

• complete self awareness and cognition

• total memory recall

• telepathy

• clairvoyance

• greater natural harmony with others

A complete transformation of the human race on planet Earth.

This time in Earth’s history will begin what many have described as a new age of enlightenment, spiritual awareness, living and consciousness, an age of true human renewal… back to the origins of what the human race was meant to become.

From this time forward the people of Earth, now a 4^th dimensional race, will no longer be alone, but now truly reconnected with their cousins, brothers and sisters across the stars in this vast universe full of sentient, intelligent life.

 

Upliftment

To assist and prepare all Earth humans to make the step-up, this “upliftment”, in spiritual awareness and consciousness to the 4^th dimension as Earth is about to cross the galactic equatorial plane.

The Andromeda Council has committed many resources, trained people, ships, counselors, advisors in many areas of expertise, to help Earth people through the various stages of adjustment and growth. They will do this by mentoring, teaching and helping Earth humans to evolve emotionally, intellectually, physically, socially and most important spiritually.

They will remind Earth people of the truth and reality of their own origin as sacred sparks of the Creator/Creation… as free sovereign souls, free sovereign human beings.

They will teach Earth people by example:

they will use significant, specific acts of love and kindness, some seen and unseen, for the people of Earth… for their cousins, brothers and sisters on this tiny blue world.

One example of a specific act of kindness is the number of committed Andromeda Council biospheres/ships. They are using their combined projected force fields to wrap and envelop planet Earth – to minimize its adjustments, the vibrational effects to this planet during its shift into the 4^th dimension.

They will teach Earth people the most powerful ‘force’ in the Universe by far is: love.

They will quietly visit Earth and introduce themselves, sharing what their lives are like, who they are, how they live, speaking directly with people on this planet from every walk of life. Very much a reintroduction of old friends and family.

The time line projected for this contact and visitation:

the most accurate date is now projected to be sometime late this summer 2011, approximately mid-late September, continuing through 2012/2013, as needed, depending on the pace of their progress in reconnecting with humanity around the globe.

Who is the Andromeda Council

The chaired members of the Andromeda Council comprise a total of twelve (12) distinct representative council member races.

The Council has a non-voting Chairman from the star system Zenetae, planet Tishtae, and a non-voting Vice-Chairwoman from the star system Mirach, planet Terial, both in the Andromeda constellation.

These two people, as many on the Andromeda Council, live and vibrate in a 4^th dimension/density reality. There is one council member per seat.

Many of the member races of the Council are acknowledged throughout the Universe to be some of the same races that originally seeded Earth hundreds of thousands of years ago, as evidenced by the variety of humans on the planet today. It is said these races have already been through the process of transformation, of upliftment – the elevated vibration, density, and spiritual consciousness of the 4^th dimension.

Members of the Andromeda Council not holding one of the senior, twelve (12) chaired seats hold board positions of: investigation, research, deliberation, and advisement to the Andromeda Council.

They do this on thirteen (13) unique, sub, joint councils or advisory boards.

There are 5-6 people on each joint council or advisory board. Collectively, these advisory boards represent in excess of 400+ representative planets from three (3) star systems including Arcturus. Therefore, the majority, the greater percentage of the advisory board members come from different star systems and planets other than the planet where a chaired Andromeda Council member is from.

There is a chairperson, or otherwise named, to each advisory board.

There are also other affiliated councils, or races, some formal members of the Andromeda Council, some not, willing to help the people of planet Earth in its process of evolution.

One of the affiliated councils is the Galactic Federation which is a federation of star systems and planets of benevolent beings. The Galactic Federation is comprised of approximately 140 star systems, and at present 300 planets. It is lead by a Chairman from the Tau Ceti star system which itself has a formal seat, is a senior chaired member of the Andromeda Council.

The Federation’s lead planet is – Xeta.

It is expected over the course of the next few years as planet Earth adjusts to its new life in the 4^th dimension – as well as being part of a greater family of intelligent life that is thriving across the cosmos – planet Earth will be invited as a single member to join the Galactic Federation.

The Real ‘Back Story’ – Reasons for Change
The War in Space is Over

Leading up to this upliftment, this shift in Earth’s vibration into the next highest density, the 4^th – a war in space, in many cases happening just outside of ‘Earth space’ over the course of approximately nine (9) years of Earth time, is as of this third quarter of 2011 in the final clean-up phase.

This war is finally over. Done. Finished.

As Tolec for the Andromeda Council, I can tell you my colleagues had a long, hard, difficult war. I will add, this war is being won by ‘the good guys’… by the combined forces of the member star systems and planets of the Andromeda Council, those with Earth and Earth humans best interests in their hearts, minds and souls.

This proxy war to free Earth, from thousands of years of negative energy bombardment, manipulation and control, was fought on behalf of Earth – by star system and planetary council member races of the Andromeda Council.

Those members that bore the brunt of the burden, did the greatest amount of fighting included:

• Arcturus

• Tau Ceti

• Procyon

The contributions of the Procyon people were especially valuable because they learned the weaknesses of these malevolent menaces – they learned how to ‘sniff’ them out and beat them.

The people of Procyon just recently liberated themselves within the past 12 years of Earth time.

So that the Council could intercede on Earth’s behalf, extensive discussions were held, and a new law was passed over-riding what is ubiquitously known as the ‘Prime Directive’ of non-interference. A conscious, collective decision was made by the Council to break precedent and do this… because Earth’s people living a 3^rd dimensional life just did not have the 4^th dimensional physiology, knowledge, tools, or technology to win.

This war was fought to secure the total freedom of planet Earth and her people from the menacing interference of primarily two regressive races:

• Reptilians from the star system Alpha Draconis and Hydra

• A specific variety of renegade ‘Greys’ now living in the Orion star system. These Greys are the progeny of Zeta Reticulans who have not been home to Zeta Reticuli 1 or 2 in at least a few thousand years

Earth is not the only planet they have terrorized.

From what I have learned, there are at least another 21 planets that need to be freed from these menaces. Fortunately, they can be beaten, as indicated by the liberation of the Procyon people from these malevolent, self centered, self serving… life draining entities.

(Note: of the Grey races, the prime ancestor race – the original Reticulans from the binary star system Reticuli – the ones who in their waning days exhibited awareness of themselves, their fallibility, and the fragility of life, and realizing the pending death of their race – these original Zeta Reticulans not affiliated with the Draco Reptilians, were willing to share all they had learned. Due to their humility, the Andromeda Council intervened, stepped in and helped relocate them to a completely different star system. These people, the original Zeta Reticulans, no longer live in the Zeta Reticuli star system.)

All other known variety of renegade Greys causing problems on Earth are being dealt with, and are being removed from their underground and undersea bases on Earth, as are the Draco Reptilians.

Their operational bases established for years on Mars, and Mars’ and Earth’s moons, have already been cleared out of these beings.

Likewise, about 5,000 ‘crossbreed’ aka hybrid Grey/Human life forms, programmed since birth, will need to be removed from Earth and deprogrammed so that they can evolve on their own into free thinking, free willed beings. And, since they are a new sentient life form, they will re-located to their own new 3^rd dimension planet.

Back to the war – the primary reason for this war was:

• to negate and eliminate the effect of what is believed to be – thousands of years of negative energies constantly beamed to planet Earth, as well as etheric implant technologies, utilized by a Draco Reptilian and Grey Orion alliance that has put and kept many Earth humans manipulated, controlled, and in a continued state of fear, anxiety and insecurity

• to eliminate for good these malevolent entities who desired to continue to use, manipulate and steal people as a natural resource, and drain other precious resources from planet Earth… all the while controlling and ‘enslaving’ a large percentage of an unaware and helpless Earth human population

The Council felt Earth’s people deserved an opportunity, a real chance to evolve on their own after thousands of years of manipulation, control and unaware enslavement.

It is known by the Chief Medical Officer, and staff, of the medical team of the Andromeda Council that a large percentage of Earth’s population was unknowingly implanted and negatively affected by Grey etheric and physical implant technology… meant to keep Earth humans in a state of anxiety, fear, manipulation and control.

Though some physical implants have been found and removed by Earth physicians, at Earth’s current stage of evolution and technology it does not yet have the means to detect, measure or eliminate the Greys’ use of etheric implants.

Now, in the final clean-up phase of this war, and beyond, for Earth’s freedom, the Andromeda Council medical team is working tirelessly, and will continue to do so, to clean up the mess, the implants, the resulting spiritual, psychological and emotional impact and damage, and multiple problems the Greys have created as they have unlawfully sought to enslave an unaware human population on this planet.

Earth’s people have a right to a fresh, clean, new, beginning… free from the serious residual, psychological and emotional effects brought on by the Greys, the Reptilians, and all their technology.

The healing process of the human race must continue, and will continue, throughout the transition and transformation time as Earth and her people move into the higher spiritual vibration of the 4^th dimension… as healthy, free, sovereign human beings.

Contact – Introduction – Friendly Open Visits

As soon as the completion of the clean-up phase of this war is finished (read The Real Back Story), in short order, it is being planned by the members of the Andromeda Council that – almost simultaneously – they will also begin to prepare Earth and Earth’s people to join a greater galactic ‘community of planets’… by beginning and conducting increasingly frequent, numerous flights of Andromeda Council flagged ‘scout craft’… to planet Earth.

Visitors to Earth will most likely come from the following four (4) star systems and planets:

1. Polaris – planet Ventra

2. Antares – planet Nikotae

3. Sirius A – planet Toleka

4. The constellation Cygnus, star system Alpha Cygni (aka) Deneb – planet Ritol

The scout craft holding 3-4 crew people from the above listed member planets of the Andromeda Council will conduct open friendly contact, visitation and interaction with humans all across planet Earth… just every day people.

Again, this process of open contact, visitation and interaction is projected to begin sometime late Summer 2011.

The plan is for this contact and visitation to happen over and over again for an extended period of time, probably at least upward of one (1) full year all across the globe, until Earth people finally get the message:

you are not alone, you have never been alone.

The planned geographic areas of the planet Earth that will be visited, in order of priority, are the following:

Note: due to the severity of the damage from the earthquakes and radiation leakage, contact with Japan will be pushed forward into the future at least 6 months. Therefore, contact with the USA will now happen first, in terms of priority.

You are not alone, you have never been alone

The overall message to the people of planet Earth will be for them to enjoy and revel in the knowledge that you are not alone, you have never been alone, your planet was seeded by many, many races from across the cosmos. This universe and its galaxies are teaming with sentient, intelligent life, societies and cultures.

People of planet Earth, you are part of this glorious expanse… of sentient intelligent life.

And, that as sentient intelligent life, you, people of Earth, as free souls have a right to be free – to live lives of free choice and free will, to evolve, and to function as spiritually alive, awake, aware and responsible… sovereign human beings.

To help promote a long and peaceful existence of a reborn planet, and a reborn people, Earth will receive an invitation and formal protocols to join a greater galactic brotherhood, a community of planets, the Galactic Federation, as a single entity, as a peaceful contributing member of these federated planets.

And, a process will also begin to establish formal relations between a new, formal Earth Council representing the interests of Earth, and the Andromeda Council.

Preparation

To assist and prepare all Earth Humans to make the step-up, the “upliftment”, in spiritual awareness and consciousness to the 4^th dimension/density as Earth is about to cross the galactic equatorial plane.

Commitment

The Andromeda Council has committed many trained people, ships, advisors, spiritual and emotional counselors… on stand-by, ready to help Earth people through the various stages of adjustment.

They will do this by mentoring, teaching and helping Earth people to evolve and adjust in many, many ways.

They will be warm, friendly and kind. They will teach Earth Humans by example, they will perform acts of love and kindness. They will teach Earth Humans the most powerful ‘force’ in the Universe: love.

Enlightenment – The Lessons

A small number of Andromedan Council ‘flagged’ scout craft, (2-3) at a time, at most, in any one area, will visit with people all across Earth.

Crew members from various planets will simply walk among people, introduce themselves and have warm, friendly, open, interactive visits and conversations with Earth people, with average citizens, during which time these crew members will specifically teach about:

1. the truth of Earth human physical origin… where among the various stars and planets across the Universe that Earth people originally came from, who their, cousins, brothers and sisters are, who their ancestors truly are
   

2. about the coming vibrational harmonic frequency changes about to occur to this solar system and planet Earth… what the planet and its inhabitants as it enters the galactic equatorial plane will experience as they transition from a 3^rd density vibration to a 4^th density and then eventually someday in the future… a 5^th density vibration
   

3. about exactly what this will mean for Earth and its inhabitants, exactly how their lives will be different, in all facets, in so many positive ways people can not even begin to imagine
   

4. about the sacredness of planet Earth, how important it is to treat it with the sacred respect it truly deserves
   

5. about the truth and reality of the Human spiritual origin and its true essence
   

6. about the reality, creation and sacredness of the Human Soul, and its connection with the Creator/Creation, and all sentient life throughout the Universe
